Stain My Brick is a growing home services company in Canada. We are hiring an Appointment Setter VA to handle inbound leads and book qualified Online Estimates.
This role focuses on handling inbound & outbound calls, inbound leads, collecting required information, and scheduling appointments while following a clear process.

Role Objective
Book qualified Online Estimates by following a defined process.
A qualified booking includes:
Property photos received
Price range discussed
Decision-maker confirmed
Google Meet scheduled

Responsibilities
Call inbound leads from Facebook
Handle inbound calls professionally
Follow the provided script and process
Request required information (photos, details)
Schedule Google Meet appointments
Update CRM notes and lead status

Requirements
Experience handling inbound & outbound calls or appointment setting
Clear English with a neutral accent
Professional and calm phone manner
Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work between 9:00 AM–7:00 PM EST

Schedule & Pay
Training: Part-time, 4 hours/day (9:00 AM–1:00 PM EST)
After training: Full-time, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST
$4.00 USD/hour during training
$5.00 USD/hour once hired
Performance bonuses available for qualified bookings
Training & live work begin: February 15, 2026
