We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for a Web Designer who can help us deliver exceptional creative work for our clients.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal person wants to grow with us and contribute to a high-performing, creative team.
You are:

• Highly creative with a strong eye for design.
• Confident using Figma for web layouts, wireframing, and UI concepts.
• Experienced with WordPress and Elementor, capable of handling updates and building beautiful layouts.
• Strong in Adobe Photoshop (and ideally Illustrator) and comfortable using Canva for fast-turnaround production.
• Proactive, always bringing ideas and suggestions to the table.
• Able to take a brief and run with it, delivering high-quality designs quickly.
• Organised, reliable, and committed to accuracy and detail.
• A natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure.
• Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a team.
• Someone who cares deeply about producing great work and continuously improving.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role reports directly to the founder and works closely with our delivery and operations team.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Designing website layouts, UI elements, and digital assets using Figma.
• Executing high-quality web design builds and updates in WordPress (Elementor expertise essential).
• Creating design assets, including email creatives, banners, social media graphics, and image-based web content.
• Supporting and creating branding design, assisting in the development of brand identity for new and refreshed business brands.
• Handling basic WordPress maintenance, content updates, and visual improvements.
• Managing design files and maintaining organised systems across Figma, Adobe and Canva.
• Bringing creative ideas to every tea ---------- eting, review, and client project.
• Ensuring all design-related output is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with client briefs.


This is a remote position, ideally suited to someone who can work Australian Brisbane business hours or close to this timezone.
We want someone who is excited to grow with us and become an integral part of our creative team. It needs to be a genuine yes from both sides.
