We create high-retention YouTube talking head videos and Shorts that turn viewers into fans, leads, and buyers. You’ll be the editor who turns raw recordings into crisp, engaging videos people actually finish. We’ll work closely together so you succeed from day one.

Your main responsibilities:

-Edit talking head YouTube videos (8–20 min) with great pacing and retention
-Remove dead space, filler words, tangents, and awkward pauses (clean but natural)
-Add b-roll, pattern interrupts, zooms, and light motion to keep attention
-Add captions when needed and clean on-screen text callouts (simple, readable)
-Clean audio (levels, clarity, noise reduction) and add music when it helps
-Repurpose long videos into Shorts with strong hooks and tight storytelling
-Organize files, versions, exports, and hit deadlines consistently

Additional tasks:

-Create simple thumbnails in Canva (nice-to-have)
-Write YouTube titles or timestamps when requested
-Upload and schedule videos once approved (optional)
-Track what’s working and suggest edits that improve retention
-Create systems and SOPs so our editing pipeline scales smoothly

We’re looking for someone who’s a fast learner, takes initiative, and gets excited about making talking head content feel dynamic, clear, and bingeable.
