JOB OVERVIEW

And Studio + LIVE AI
About the Role

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to help us ensure high-quality releases across multiple web apps and AI-powered SaaS platforms. You’ll own QA execution (manual and automation), improve testing processes, and collaborate closely with our Project Manager and developers to prevent regressions and ship confidently.

This role is ideal if you enjoy a fast-moving environment, clear ownership, and building better systems—not just clicking through checklists.

What You’ll Work On

Performing manual QA across web applications (feature testing, regression testing, cross-browser testing)
Creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and QA checklists in ClickUp
Writing clear, actionable bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results, screenshots/video, and environment details
Collaborating with devs to validate fixes and ensure issues are truly resolved (including re-tests + regression checks)
Supporting release cycles by verifying “ready for deploy” criteria and post-deploy smoke tests
Helping us improve QA workflows and documentation (SOPs, definitions of done, acceptance criteria templates)
Automation QA (Strongly Preferred)
If you have automation experience, you’ll also help with:
Building and maintaining automated test suites (end-to-end and/or integration tests)
Setting up a practical automation approach that matches our stack and shipping speed
Running automated checks in CI when possible and keeping the suite stable and useful
(Nice) Reviewing or validating code changes from a QA perspective (risk spotting, edge cases)
Typical Projects You’ll Touch
AI knowledge bases and chatbot experiences
Client marketing websites + landing pages
Multi-tenant SaaS platforms
Integrations and workflows (e.g., CRMs, forms, email sequences, automation tools)
Tools / Environment
ClickUp (task management, acceptance criteria, QA tracking)
GitHub (PRs, issues, collaboration)
Common web stack: React / Next.js, APIs, databases (varies by project)
Automation tools may include (depending on your experience): Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
(If you have a preferred automation stack, tell us what you’d use and why.)

Requirements
2+ years experience in QA testing for web applications (manual required)
Strong ability to write clear bug reports and communicate professionally async
Comfortable validating work against acceptance criteria and spotting edge cases
Organized and consistent: you keep test artifacts clean, updated, and reusable
High ownership: you follow issues through from discovery ? fix validation ? release confidence
Nice to Have
Automation QA experience (end-to-end tests, regression suites, CI runs)
Ability to inspect logs/network requests and do basic debugging
Familiarity with modern web apps (React/Next.js), APIs, and databases
Experience working with SaaS products, multi-tenant apps, or AI features
Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones
Reporting / Collaboration
You’ll work closely with our Project Manager / QA Lead (Micaella)
You’ll collaborate with developers daily to validate fixes and prevent rework
You’ll help us level up our quality systems—not just test outcomes
