JOB OVERVIEW

Key Management Services (KMS) is a U.S.-based business funding and credit firm helping entrepreneurs secure $50,000–$150,000+ in capital.

We operate a structured, sales-driven environment with:
• Inbound marketing funnels (no guessing, no random dialing)
• Automated SMS & email follow-up (GoHighLevel)
• Dedicated closers (you do NOT sell)
• Clear expectations and daily KPIs
• Organized leadership and systems

We’re expanding volume and looking for one experienced appointment setter to help keep our calendars full, qualified, and on time.


This Role Is a Strong Fit If You:
• Have prior appointment-setting experience
• Are comfortable with high call volume
• Have worked with sales teams or closers before
• Like structure, rules, and clear expectations
• Want stable, long-term work with performance-based upside

This is not a training role.
We’re looking for someone who already understands appointment setting fundamentals and wants to plug into a proven system.


What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

You will focus on appointment quality, not selling.

Your responsibilities include:
• Calling new inbound leads quickly
• Confirming basic qualification details
• Making sure prospects are serious and prepared
• Booking prospects on the correct calendar
• Sending confirmations and reminders
• Following up with no-shows the same day
• Keeping calendars clean and organized
• Tracking daily activity (calls, bookings, shows)

You do not pitch.
You do not close.
You help ensure closers speak only with qualified prospects.


Performance Expectations
• Speed-to-lead: within 5 minutes
• Daily outbound activity: high-volume, structured calls
• Appointment shows rate target: 60%+
• Clear CRM notes and basic reporting

If you’ve done this role before, this workflow will feel familiar.


Tools You’ll Use
• GoHighLevel (GHL)
• CRM pipeline
• Automated SMS & email workflows
• Google Workspace

Experience with GHL or CRMs is a plus but not required if you’ve used similar tools.


Compensation
• Base pay: $6–$7/hour (based on experience)
• Bonus: $20–$30 per attended appointment
• Additional monthly bonuses for strong performance

Top performers earn more and stay long-term.


Schedule
• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• U.S. business hours
• Consistent availability required
