COMMUNITY MANAGER

We are looking for a full-time partner to help manage our Skool community. Every day, you'll be engaging with both current members and new students who join. Your primary success metric will be retention—your role is to help new clients feel supported, stay engaged, and get real results.

For new members, you'll hop on onboarding calls, identify their sticking points in conversation and social skills, and guide them to the right resources. If they need direct support fro ---------- , you can schedule a call on their behalf.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Fluent in English

Strong at managing and communicating with different types of clients

Able to create clear SOPs for the role so it can be trained and replicated as we grow (and especially if you get promoted)

Experience with the Skool platform is a plus, but not required—it’s easy to learn

Our community focuses on self-improvement, especially for single men who want to improve their dating and communication skills. You must be comfortable working in this space and enjoy helping clients, interacting daily, and building a positive, fun community environment.

If you have a video or voice recording that shows how you speak, please include it—this helps us assess communication style and client-interaction skills.

This is a full-time role but can also be done in 20 hours a week once properly trained, so keep this in mind while negotiating for monthly salary.
