?Hi there! We are a growing short-term rental business, and we are looking for a dedicated, "people-first" professional to join our team full-time. If you love providing Five-Star hospitality and are a pro at managing multiple moving parts behind the scenes, we’d love to meet you!

The Role
?Your primary focus will be Guest Communications. You will be the voice of our brand, ensuring guests feel supported from the ---------- nt they book until they check out.
?Your day-to-day will involve:
?Responding promptly and warmly to inquiries and guest messages on Airbnb, VRBO, and ---------- .
?Managing bookings and guest coordination via Hospitable.
?Coordinating with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure everything is perfect for arrival.
?Updating our internal trackers and staying organized.

What We’re Looking For
?Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Airbnb, VRBO, and ---------- is a must.
?Software Savvy: You should be very comfortable with Hospitable.
?
Bonus Points: If you have experience with ---------- , Notion, Turno, or Slack, you’ll jump to the top of our list!
?Communication: Exceptional written English with a warm, professional, and helpful tone.

?Hours: 8 to 10hrs a day
?Salary: 25,000PHP Monthly
