Weekly Pay: Python/Node.js Developer (Web Scraping & Automation)

We are Keller Williams Singapore—the local arm of the world's largest real estate franchise (by agent count) and a major new entrant to the Singapore market.

We are looking for a SKILLED NODE.JS DEVELOPER to serve as our technical builder.

THE MISSION:
1. Hard Mode Scraping: We need to monitor real estate listings on sites with heavy anti-bot protection (PropertyGuru). You must be an expert in Node.js scraping libraries (Puppeteer, Playwright, or Cheerio) to bypass Cloudflare and handle proxy rotation.
2. Content Automation: Connect APIs (HeyGen, Social Media) to auto-generate and auto-post content.
3. n8n Workflows: You will use our self-hosted n8n instance to glue these scripts together.

WHO YOU ARE:
- You are a Node.js Native. You understand asynchronous code, Promises, and JSON inside out.
- You are "Street Smart" with code. If an API breaks or a site changes its layout, you fix it.
- You understand how to bypass "Verify you are human" checks programmatically.

THE DEAL:
- Contract: 3 Months (Renewable)
- Hours: Part-time (20 hrs/week)
- Schedule: Must overlap 4 hours daily with Singapore Time (GMT+8), specifically afternoons.
- Pay: Hourly in SGD (Paid Every Week).
- BONUS: SGD $700 Cash Bonus upon successful completion of the 3-month contract.
