Long-Form YouTube Video Editor Needed (20–30 Minutes)**

I am looking for an experienced long-form YouTube editor to edit 20–30 minute videos for a health-focused YouTube channel targeting an older audience.

The script and voiceover are already completed. The role is strictly editing for engagement, pacing, and viewer retention.

What I’m Looking For

* Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing
* Ability to keep viewers engaged without flashy or short-form editing
* Clean, professional editing style
* Visuals that support and enhance the voiceover

Reference channels will be provided to clearly show the style and pacing expected.


**Responsibilities**

* Edit long-form videos (20–30 minutes)
* Sync visuals with voiceover and script
* Add relevant B-roll, images, and light text overlays where helpful
* Apply subtle motion and cuts to improve retention
* Optimize videos for watch time and engagement

* Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content
* Understanding of YouTube retention and audience psychology
* Ability to source appropriate stock footage
* Good communication and ability to follow reference material


**Nice to Have**

* Experience with health, educational, or documentary-style content
