Job Description/Responsibilities
We are seeking a WordPress/Elementor website Assistant to assist us building websites for different types of local business, such as auto repair shops, plumbers, lawyers, real estate agents, etc.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Website Assembly & Customization
- Template Implementation: Install pre-designed Elementor templates across various client sites.
- Brand Alignment: Adjust global styling, including colors, typography, button styles, and logos to match the client’s brand identity.
- Dynamic Building: Utilize the Elementor Theme Builder to manage headers, footers, single post templates, and loop grids.
- Content Integration: Replace placeholder text and images using provided prompts and company-specific information.

2. Backend Setup & Configuration
- WordPress Core: Configure basic settings (Site Title, Tagline, Timezone, Permalinks).
- Plugin Management: Install and configure our standard stack, including Elementor Pro, Rank Math, All-in-One Migration, and SiteGround Optimizer.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Follow detailed video guides and checklists to ensure every site is set up identically and without errors.

3. Design, Media & Content
- Content Generation: Use "ready-made" AI prompts to generate page copy, ensuring all company-specific data is correctly swapped.
- Asset Sourcing: Source high-quality stock photography from free platforms or use Canva to source photo.
- CSS/HTML Tweaks: Can perform minor CSS adjustments to fix layout issues or enhance responsive views.

4. SEO & Performance Optimization
- On-Page SEO: Apply Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, and Focus Keywords (assisted by our Zapier automation).
- Heading Hierarchy: Ensure proper use of H1 through H6 tags for both design and SEO best practices.
- Speed Optimization: Optimize every site to meet industry standards via Google PageSpeed Insights.
- Mobile-First Design: Ensure every element functions perfectly across all screen sizes, with a primary focus on mobile usability.

Skills/Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficiency in using Elementor website builder
- Strong design skills with an eye for modern trends
- Ability to adapt to various design styles
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Reliability and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Pay Information
- Starting salary: $4 - $8 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
- Initial projects may start as per-project or part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and mutual fit
- Opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance
- Part time role will be 4 hours per day.
- Day shift schedule (8 AM - 5 PM), Morning, afternoon, or middle shifts are available. Selected hours must align with full-time employee schedules to assist with daily tasks.
