JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a reliable Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media for our construction-related businesses (around 5 brands). Your main goal is to keep our pages active and professional, create content consistently, and generate more leads through social media.
This is ongoing work with long-term potential for the right person.
PLATFORMS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage social media accounts for multiple construction businesses
- Create content weekly: posts + stories + short videos (Reels/TikTok style)
- Write captions, hashtags, and strong calls-to-action (CTA) to drive leads
- Make our pages look “live” and active daily (stories + updates)
- Edit short-form videos (job highlights, before/after, progress updates)
- Create AI video content (voiceover, captions, slideshow videos, simple animations)
- Organize content by brand (content calendar + folders)
- Basic community management: reply to comments/DMs (optional but preferred)
- Track performance: reach, clicks, messages, leads (weekly summary)
CONTENT YOU WILL CREATE (EXAMPLES):
- Before & after job photos (clean layout + CTA)
- Site progress videos (fast cuts, captions, logo)
- “Problem / Solution” posts (common construction issues + fix)
- Quick tips videos (e.g., safety, upgrades, compliance, maintenance)
- Testimonials / reviews turned into posts & stories
- Lead-focused stories: polls, Q&A, “Book Now”, “Message Us”, “Call Today”
LEAD GENERATION GOAL:
We want more:
- DMs / messages
- Calls / enquiries
- Quote requests
- Website clicks (if applicable)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience managing social media for service businesses (construction/trades is a BIG plus)
- Strong English writing for captions (simple, clear, customer-friendly)
- Skilled in Canva + CapCut (or similar)
- Understands short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok)
- Organized and consistent (able to manage multiple brands)
- Bonus: experience with Meta Business Suite, content scheduling, and basic strategy
TOOLS (PREFERRED):
Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive
Bonus: ChatGPT, AI voiceover/video tools
HOURS / PAY:
- Part-time to start (can grow to more hours)
