JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant who can start responding to leads immediately. This role is focused on real-time lead follow-up, customer messaging, and booking appointments.

You will be communicating directly with potential customers on Day 1 using proven scripts and processes. If you are comfortable jumping into conversations and keeping a calendar full, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do (Day 1 Expectations)
• Respond to inbound leads as they come in
• Follow up via SMS, email, and Facebook Messenger
• Use provided scripts (with room for natural conversation)
• Ask basic qualifying questions
• Book appointments directly onto our calendar
• Update lead status and notes in the CRM immediately after conversations
• Send confirmations and reminders

Additional Responsibilities (As Needed)
• Re-engage older or inactive leads
• Keep CRM clean and organized
• Flag hot leads or urgent requests
• Help improve scripts and follow-up flows
• Light admin support as assigned

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
• Excellent written English
• Confident communicating with customers
• Experience responding to leads or customer inquiries
• Comfortable following scripts while sounding natural
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Reliable internet and fast response time

Strongly Preferred
• Appointment setting or sales support experience
• CRM experience (any platform)
• Prior work handling live chats, SMS, or inboxes
• Ability to respond quickly during assigned hours

Schedule & Pay
• Full-time 40 hours plus more availble
• Set coverage hours required
• Pay based on experience
• Performance bonuses for booked appointments

• Leads are contacted quickly and consistently
• Calendar stays full with qualified appointments
• CRM is clean and up to date
• Customers feel professionally handled
• You become a trusted part of the operation
