Social Media VA (Basketball Content) – Part-Time

We’re looking for a basketball junkie who also understands social media.
You don’t need to be a pro marketer — but you must:
Love basketball (NBA, college, HS, recruiting culture)
Understand hoops terminology, highlights, and storylines
Know what players, parents, and coaches care about
Be comfortable working with short-form content (IG, X/Twitter, TikTok)

If you’ve ever:

Watched highlights for fun
Debated point guards vs combo guards
Followed recruiting pages or basketball media
???? you’re already ahead.

???? Responsibilities

Create and schedule posts for Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok
Turn raw ideas, notes, or clips into engaging basketball content
Write captions that sound natural, confident, and basketball-savvy
Repurpose content (one idea ? multiple platforms)
Track what performs well and suggest improvements
Stay consistent with posting and branding
You will NOT be guessing blindly — I’ll provide:
Clear direction
Content themes
Examples of what “good” looks like

Social media posting & scheduling
Canva or basic video editing (CapCut is a plus)
Understanding of basketball recruiting (huge plus)
Strong English communication
Attention to detail & consistency
