We are looking for a Performance Marketer + Creative specialist to join an in-house Ecommerce Team.
The ideal candidate is likely someone looking for ongoing side-work.
We need someone who isn't just great at managing ad accounts, but also has the design eye to build high-converting static creatives.
You won't just be pushing buttons; you will be responsible for the full feedback loop: designing the ad, running the ad, analysing the data, and iterating the design based on performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creative Production (Primary): Designing high-quality static ads (and simple motion graphics if possible) that stop the scroll. You understand hooks, visual hierarchy, and direct-response principles.
Media Buying & Management: Managing campaigns on
Performance Analysis: Reporting on what creative is working and why. You should be able to look at the CPA/ROAS and tell us exactly what design changes we need to make next week.
Who You Are
- You are comfortable in both Ads Manager and Canva/Photoshop/Figma.
Data-Driven Designer: You don't just design "pretty" ads; you create for conversion.
Self-Sufficient: You can take a brief and run with it without needing a separate copywriter or media buyer to hold your hand.
Requirements
Proven experience managing monthly ad spend (please specify budget levels you have managed).
A portfolio or examples of static ad creatives you have designed yourself.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (not necessary but highly regarded)
Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Figma, or whatever else you use to design creatives).
Availability to start within the next 2–4 weeks.
