Activewear Clothing Designer

About the Brand: Ohzehn is developing a new activewear and underwear line rooted in discipline, restraint, and performance.
The design language sits between ASRV’s structured performance and SET Active’s fit awareness, refined through a calmer, more intentional lens. We design for consistency. Quality over volume. Clarity over noise.

We are looking for an Activewear Clothing Designer with a strong eye for fit and proportion, paired with a disciplined understanding of performance construction. This role requires confidence working in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and CLO3D, translating design ideas into garments that balance form, movement, and function. You will help define silhouettes that are flattering, supportive, and intentional, never overdesigned.

Responsibilities

-Design men’s and/or women’s activewear with a fit-first mindset
-Develop silhouettes that balance body awareness and performance structure
-Create clean, accurate technical flats in Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
-Build and refine garments in CLO3D to evaluate fit, drape, and proportion
-Assist with tech packs (measurements, construction notes, callouts)
-Refine designs through fit feedback before physical sampling
-Maintain a minimal, consistent design language across styles

Required Experience

– Proven experience designing activewear or performance apparel
- Strong understanding of fit, stretch, compression, and movement
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) for technical drawings
- Hands-on experience using CLO3D for garment development
- Ability to design modern, flattering silhouettes without heavy graphics
- Strong attention to proportion, seam placement, and balance

Nice to Have

- Experience with premium or fit-driven activewear brands
- Knowledge of performance, stretch, and recovery fabrics
- Familiarity with gym, training, or lifestyle-athletic wear
- Ability to work independently with clear creative direction
