JOB OVERVIEW

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are an emerging global SaaS platform and product database. We provide the essential tools for any company in the GS1 ecosystem—manufacturers, brand owners, retailers, 3PLs, and the transport industry—to manage and share accurate product data.

Our platform solves the "misinformation" problem in the supply chain (e.g., wrong weights/sizes for transport or automated warehousing) by ensuring data is accurate and ready for the next generation of AI-driven logistics.

We are looking for a proactive and technically-minded Operations & Marketing Coordinator. You will be "Person One" in the Philippines. You will start by working directly with the founder to build the foundation. As we hit our growth targets, you will lead the transition from a remote setup to building and managing a physical support and data-quality team in an office (likely in Clark).

---

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Marketing & Funnel Execution: Take our Marketing Strategy and turn it into action. You will manage HubSpot automations, LinkedIn outreach, and lead enrichment.

• Webinar & Onboarding Coordination: Own the end-to-end process for our onboarding webinars. This includes coordinating guests (internal team, GS1 representatives, and supply chain partners) and developing the systems to scale from 100 to 1,000+ customers.

• Data Quality & Team Building: You will help us design the workflows where our future team reviews AI-generated data for 100?curacy. You will eventually oversee these employees, ensuring high standards of both data precision and customer service.

• Operational Support: Take ownership of essential daily tasks—account follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination—to keep the business moving forward.

• Knowledge Management: We use Slack, Jira, and Confluence. You will ensure our internal knowledge base is maintained and up-to-date. We believe job security comes from being a team player who shares knowledge, not from gatekeeping information.

OUR "WAYS OF WORKING" (THE THREE FIVES)

We don't want "Yes-people." We want thinkers. We use the Three Fives framework:

1. First 5 Minutes: Analyze the task. What do you have? What is missing? Clarify questions before you start.
2. The Middle: If you get stuck, step away and re-approach. If you still need help, come to us with a diagnosis and a proposed solution.
3. Last 5 Minutes: Reflect on what you learned. How do we do this better next time?

---

REQUIREMENTS

• Systems Thinking: You must understand logic and how different software tools (SaaS) connect.
• Communication: Excellent written English. You must be outspoken—if you see a way to improve a process, we want to hear it.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel/PPT) and Google Workspace. Experience with HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence is a major plus.
• High Standards: A dual focus on data accuracy (the details matter) and customer service (the relationship matters).

HOW TO APPLY

Please provide brief, thoughtful answers to the following:

1. Where are you located? Are you open to working in an office in Clark in the future?
2. Tell us about a time you helped build a process or system (e.g., for onboarding or marketing) that made a team more efficient.
3. What is your experience with HubSpot, Jira, or Confluence?
4. We value "nous" (common sense and practical intelligence). Describe a time you were stuck on a technical problem and how you worked your way out of it.
5. The Three Fives: Briefly explain in your own words how you would apply the "Three Fives" framework to a new task we give you.
6. What is your expected hourly rate and earliest start date?

BENEFITS

• 13th Month Pay
• PTO (10 days)
