I'm looking for a very special individual - someone with a wide range of skills, who can handle most of the technical tasks in my business so I can focus on my different projects.

Here is some background about my business:

I have been in the Network Marketing/Internet Marketing/ Video marketing business for a year now. But more and more these days, I find myself technical little jobs that take up all my time - so I'd like a person that can handle all my daily / different tasks.

If I like your proposal, I will first offer you some smaller projects to see how you work and how well you can understand what I'm looking for, without me having to micro-manage.

If we are both happy with how things are going, then I'll offer you a full time position on a 3 month trial. If after that we are still both happy, I will offer something more long term.

You need to have Excellent English!

You must be available to communicate on Skype (Monday to Friday) or at least send an email with the tasks that you have accomplished every day (I don't want to wait 1 to 2 days to be updated on a job's progress).

You must be able to work unsupervised - without much direction from me. I will tell you what I want, but I don't want to get too evolved in all the details.

Skills you need to have:

-wordpress
-ecommerce (adding in upsales, customizing the order process etc)
-basic skills like HTML, ftp, etc
-knowledge of how email autoresponders work and shopping carts work together (eg. Aweber)
-a basic understanding of direct response marketing


Here is a list of skills that are highly desirable (they are not essential, just an added bonus)

-how to create squeeze pages (optimizepress is a Big plus)
-Google Analytics
-photoshop and basic image editing
-experience on the Internet Marketing niche, Network marketing and/or video marketing niche
-ecommerce (installing shopping cards, upsel sequences, etc)
-about wordpress - it's a plus if you know basics of SEO and knows seopressor.com (wordpress plugin that I use)


After all, someone that is opened about getting any easy task done when needed on a last minute project that comes out.


As you can tell, I'm looking for someone with a wide range of skills or that is willing to learn and apply it on my business.
