Online Order Processing Specialist (Philippines – U.S. Night Shift)

>> OVERVIEW <<

- We are a U.S.-based company seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to handle backend execution of our online wholesale orders.
- This is not a customer service or sales role.
- All communication is internal only with the business owner.
- The goal is to place this operation on autopilot, so accuracy and consistency are critical.

>> WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY <<

> Primary work hours (high activity): 8:00am – 11:00am Central Time (USA)
- Typically 10 to 50 orders during primary work hours (still growing)

> Monitoring hours (low activity): 12:00pm – 4:00pm Central Time (USA)
- Some days may have no orders during monitoring hours
- Other days may have 5–15 orders during monitoring hours
- Email must be actively monitored and any orders entered same day
- Availability during all listed hours is required, even if no orders arrive.

>> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES <<

- Monitor a dedicated email inbox for incoming orders
- Accurately enter orders into a supplier portal
- Verify items, quantities, and shipping details
- Monitor shipment tracking daily
- Follow up on missing or delayed tracking
- Send one clear daily internal email summarizing - order processing & tracking status

>> REQUIREMENTS <<

- Able to work U.S. Central Time - Phillipines night shift
- Experience in order processing, admin, or logistics
- Fast typer will be a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written English
- Comfortable with repetitive, structured work
- Able to follow SOPs exactly
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
