JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing Canadian real estate team looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant with experience in sales and real estate.

This role is focused on calling leads, qualifying buyers and sellers, booking appointments, and helping move deals toward closing. You will not be selling properties, but you will play a key role in converting leads into real opportunities.

This is a phone-heavy, CRM-driven role and is ideal for someone confident speaking with clients and motivated by performance.

Responsibilities:
• Call inbound and outbound real estate leads
• Qualify buyers and sellers using provided scripts
• Ask the right questions to assess readiness and motivation
• Book showings and appointments accurately
• Follow up consistently with leads
• Update CRM with detailed notes after every call
• Coordinate with agents and the internal team

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales (required)
• Real estate experience (strongly preferred)
• Excellent spoken English (clear and professional)
• Comfortable making high-volume phone calls
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Experience using CRM systems
• Stable internet connection and quiet work environment

Compensation:
• $500CAD per month
• Performance-based incentives for closed transactions
• Long-term growth and performance reviews
