### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Website Developer to build and customize high-performing websites for home service businesses using WordPress and Elementor. This is a DESIGN HEAVY role focused on creating beautiful, conversion-optimized websites that are also built with SEO and performance in mind from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility combined with solid SEO knowledge and the technical ability to bring client visions to life. This role is perfect for a skilled developer who understands both visual excellence and the business impact of website performance, and has a proven track record of delivering stunning websites that generate measurable results for clients.

### Key Responsibilities

**Website Design & Development**
- Design and develop responsive, visually compelling websites using WordPress and Elementor that align with client brand vision and business goals.
- Create professional page layouts, custom sections, and design elements within Elementor that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Manage website aesthetics including color schemes, typography, imagery, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Build custom website features, functionality, and integrations using Elementor's builder and custom code where needed.
- Ensure all websites are mobile responsive and visually stunning across all devices and browsers.

**SEO & Performance Implementation**
- Build websites with SEO fundamentals integrated from the start, not bolted on after launch.
- Optimize page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall site performance during development.
- Configure proper URL structures, sitemaps, and technical SEO elements before launch.
- Implement proper heading structures, semantic HTML, and schema markup during development.
- Implement analytics tracking, conversion tracking, and proper Google Search Console setup.
- Ensure correct implementation of title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy, and internal linking structure.

**Client Deliverables & Testing**
- Conduct thorough testing on all websites before launch including functionality, speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO elements.
- Deliver websites that are clean, organized, and easy for clients and tea ---------- mbers to update.
- Provide clear documentation and training materials for client website management.
- Collaborate with the team to understand client goals and deliver websites optimized for their specific business needs.
- All other duties assigned.

### Salary

- $1,500 USD/Month

### Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on website development experience with proven project portfolio
- Proven success building beautiful, conversion-focused websites for small businesses and service-based companies
- Portfolio with complete websites is REQUIRED. Screenshots without working website links will not be considered
- Must demonstrate strong SEO knowledge and proper technical implementation across portfolio projects
- Portfolio/examples must include complete websites built with performance metrics, speed scores, and conversion results where available

### Technical Expertise

- Proficiency in WordPress development and customization (required)
- Expert-level experience with Elementor page builder and its design capabilities
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom functionality beyond Elementor's builder
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development principles within Elementor
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals optimization, page speed, and performance tools like Google PageSpeed Insights
- Demonstrated SEO knowledge including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and proper implementation in WordPress and Elementor
- Experience with analytics setup, conversion tracking, and Google Search Console configuration
- Understanding of WordPress plugins, theme customization, and proper site configuration

### Design & Visual Skills

- Strong eye for design, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing and user-centered website designs
- Experience with color theory, typography, and visual consistency
- Ability to translate client brand guidelines and design preferences into polished websites
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and conversion optimization through design

### Analytical & Soft Skills

- Strong attention to detail with commitment to design quality and clean deliverables
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical and design concepts to non-technical clients
