Affiliate Program Assistant

Scooch is a small family-run phone case and accessories company based in Indiana, USA. We design and sell functional, useful phone accessories that go beyond boring cases. We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to help scale our TikTok Shop affiliate program. This role is focused on creator vetting, outreach, content tracking, and organization.

Creator partnerships are an important part of our brand’s growth, and we’re focused on building a strong affiliate ecosystem. We’re looking for someone who’s excited about influencer marketing and wants to grow alongside the program long-term

What you will do
- Review creator applications in programs like Insense and hire creators based on clear guidelines we will provide
- Send templated welcome messages and follow-ups to creators
- Report and monitor key progra ---------- trics - including creator approvals, product seeding, content output, and GMV generated.
- Download and organize newly posted creator content, and identify high-quality videos to flag to ad team
- Use Insense, TikTok Affiliate Center, and Google Workspace Tools

As you become comfortable in the role, responsibilities may expand to
- Communicating independently with creators
- Identifying high-performing creators for retention
- Suggesting improvements to workflows and processes
- Helping scale the affiliate program across additional brands or channels

What we’re looking for
- Clear communication and reliability
- Experience with TikTok Affiliate Center or Influencer outreach for e-commerce brands or TikTok Shop brands
- Comfortable with discerning good creative from bad creative and making critical hiring choices
- Willing to ask questions when unsure
