Salary: $450/month
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Location: Work From Home

Hi! We are an e-commerce brand looking for an experienced Email Support Team Lead to manage our customer support inbox and lead a small team of email support agents.

If you have strong written English, e-commerce support experience, and leadership skills, this role is for you.

? Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee daily email support operations
-Lead, guide, and monitor a team of email support agents
-Ensure emails are answered accurately, professionally, and on time
-Handle escalated or complex customer issues
-Train and coach tea ---------- mbers to improve performance
-Maintain and improve email templates and responses
-Make sure the brand tone and guidelines are followed
-Coordinate with management and other teams when needed

? Requirements:
-Previous experience in email customer support (e-commerce is a big plus)
-Experience as a Team Lead or Senior Support Agent preferred
-Excellent written English skills
-Familiar with helpdesk tools ( ---------- , Front, RichPanel, Tidio or similar)
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
-Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
