Virtual Medical Assistant

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing virtual healthcare support team.

This role is ideal for a back-office MA with strong medical knowledge and experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle back-office medical tasks, including processing orders and documentation
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, and pharmacies
• Perform routine MA duties such as chart updates, follow-ups, and care coordination
• Provide general administrative and clinical support as needed

Qualifications (Must-Haves)
• Medical background is required
- At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is NOT required, but is a plus
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with EMRs and U.S. healthcare workflows
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
