Digital Specialist (Shopify & Ecommerce Platforms)

Purpose
We’re looking for a capable Digital Specialist with strong Shopify platform expertise and hands-on experience using AI tools to improve speed, quality and effectiveness of their work. This is a practical, execution-focused role supporting a global DTC ecommerce experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build, update and maintain Shopify sites across multiple regions
Confidently work across Shopify themes and page builders (e.g. theme editor, Liquid basics, PageFly, Shogun or similar)
Create and update landing pages, bundles and on-site content to support marketing and promotions
Support CRO initiatives through page updates, layout testing and content optimisation
Build and maintain email and lifecycle assets in Klaviyo (flows, templates, segmentation support)
Actively use AI tools to support day-to-day execution (e.g. content drafting, HTML/CSS assistance, QA, ideation, troubleshooting, productivity)
Work with internal teams and external partners to implement site updates efficiently

Required Experience & Skills

Strong practical experience working with Shopify in a commercial ecommerce environment
Solid HTML/CSS knowledge and basic familiarity with JavaScript or Liquid (coding experience beneficial, not essential)
Hands-on experience with email platforms, particularly Klaviyo
Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar) to enhance productivity, problem-solving and execution quality
Comfortable using page builders, apps and Shopify admin tools
High attention to detail and ability to execute quickly and accurately

Nice to Have

Exposure to CRO tools, analytics or A/B testing platforms
Experience supporting multi-region or multi-currency Shopify stores
Interest in ecommerce optimisation, UX and emerging AI-powered workflows

Proof of Capability

Demonstrable portfolio of Shopify sites, page builds, email programs or examples showing how AI has been used to support delivery (live examples, screenshots or short case studies required)
