Overview:
I am a U.S.-based Real Estate Broker and educator seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support social media management,
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media
Create, write, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and
Repurpose short-form video content across platforms
Create carousels and graphics using Canva
Monitor engagement and prepare weekly performance summaries
Maintain a content calendar
Email
Build and schedule
Set up automations and
Segment lists and apply tags
Format newsletters and educational
Track open rates, clicks, and basic performance metrics
Campaign Support
Assist with workshop promotions
Support book delivery and follow-up sequences
Help organize mailing campaigns (lists, exports, tracking)
Coordinate timelines and reminders

Canva
MailerLite
Meta Business Suite
Google Drive
Google Sheets / Docs
(Training & SOPs provided)
Requirements:
Strong written English communication
Experience with social media management and
Canva experience (required)
Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
Able to follow SOPs and accept feedback
Stable internet connection
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Real estate or coaching industry experience
MailerLite experience
Analytics or reporting experience
Hours & Compensation:
25 hours per week
$5 - $7/hour depending on experience
Paid trial task required
