We are actively seeking a skilled video editor with specialized experience in TikTok and YouTube content creation, with a focus on the ecommerce space—specifically product reviews, unboxing videos, and other ecommerce-related content. The ideal candidate excels at crafting high-engagement videos through strategic text layovers and eye-catching visual effects, with a keen understanding of platform-specific trends and audience preferences. This ecommerce-focused content will be the ultimate goal and output for our ongoing projects.

This is a paid position with a reasonable rate that aligns with the quality, complexity, and volume of your output. Compensation will be discussed in detail once we have reviewed your portfolio.

Key Requirements

- Specialized expertise in TikTok and YouTube video editing, with a proven track record of creating ecommerce-focused content (product reviews, unboxing videos, etc.) that drives strong audience engagement.

- Proficiency in designing and integrating text layovers (captions, callouts, trend-related text) and dynamic visual effects to enhance content appeal and retention.

- Strong turn-around time: Ability to deliver polished edits efficiently, with quick turnaround on projects being a significant advantage.

- Easy and effective communication: Must be responsive, collaborative, and able to clearly understand and execute feedback—smooth communication is non-negotiable.

- Ability to work in the China (Beijing) time zone, with alignment on working hours for communication and project coordination.
