We are hiring for long-term, full-time roles — but everyone starts with a part-time evaluation period (typically 10–20 hours/week) so both sides can confirm fit, performance, and schedule alignment.

THE ROLE — Guest Experience Virtual Assistant (Philippines, Night Shift)

You will be the first responder for guest messages, phone calls, and small emergencies. Your hours follow U.S. time zones and will almost always include at least one weekend day. We need flexibility because schedules can shift with seasonality and portfolio growth.

Phase 1: Evaluation Period (Part-Time, 10–20 hrs/week)

You’ll work part-time while we evaluate response speed, communication quality, reliability, and task documentation.

If you perform well and the schedule fit is strong, you’ll be offered a full-time position.

Phase 2: Full-Time Role (After Passing Evaluation)

You’ll move into a stable full-time schedule with expanded responsibility and growth track.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reply to every guest message within 10 minutes using our AI-powered inbox (we train you).

Turn every actionable message into a properly tagged ClickUp task before the end of your shift.

Call guests or vendors when text isn’t enough; escalate true emergencies to the on-call manager.

Update property notes, FAQs, or process docs whenever you spot missing information.

Record a short end-of-shift summary so the day team starts with clear context.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 30 Days

Comfortable with our AI inbox + ClickUp task flow.

Handling low-risk guest questions independently while averaging under 12 minutes to first response.

First 60 Days

Clearing 100% of the overnight inbox independently.

Capturing 98%+ of actionable items as ClickUp tasks.

Submitting at least three suggestions to make the workflow faster or clearer.

First 90 Days

Operating with minimal supervision.

Training a backup VA on your core workflow.

Launching your first small process-improvement project.

KEY METRICS WE TRACK

Average first response time (goal: under 10 minutes).

Task capture accuracy (goal: 98%+).

Guest review score on your shifts (goal: 4.8/5+).

Documented process improvements (goal: two per month).

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of remote customer service or Airbnb/VRBO messaging experience.

Excellent written English (clear, friendly, and mistake-free).

Comfortable making and receiving phone calls in English.

Able to learn new software quickly (ClickUp experience is a plus).

Reliable home office:

Strong sense of ownership — if a problem happens on your shift, you either solve it or escalate it.

COMPENSATION & HOURS
Evaluation Period (Part-Time)

10–20 hours per week

Paid hourly (rate aligned to the monthly range below, prorated)

After Evaluation (Full-Time Offer)

Starting base pay: PHP 45,000 – 60,000 / month (about USD $800 – $1,050)

Quarterly bonuses tied directly to the metrics above (up to 20% of base)

Typical night shift: roughly 10 PM – 6 AM Philippines time, with weekend coverage expected

100% remote contract, paid via Wise
