Janitorial Estimator

We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company providing high-quality janitorial services to a wide range of clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Janitorial Estimator to join our remote team. This role plays a critical part in our bidding and proposal process by providing accurate, timely estimates based on digital documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and site photos to calculate cleaning areas (square footage, types of surfaces, etc.)
Estimate labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements for janitorial services
Use industry-specific software or Excel to prepare detailed proposals and cost breakdowns
Collaborate with sales team to meet proposal deadlines and client needs
Assist in updating pricing templates and estimation tools as needed
Stay current on industry trends, pricing models, and cleaning standards

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, facility management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3+ years of estimating experience ideally in janitorial, facilities, or construction industries
• Proven experience from site measurements to completed bid proposals.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with estimating or CRM systems.
•Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision.
•A reliable internet connection with at least 30mbps and a computer with at least 8gb ram, windows 11 to perform work duties.
