Full-Time Virtual Assistant (AI Content + Product Images) + Customer Support

We’re hiring a full-time VA to help produce product content and images using AI tools, and handle customer support when needed.

Remote: Yes

What you’ll do (primary tasks)

Using AI tools + our exact prompts/templates (training provided), you will:
- Generate product names (multiple options per product)
- Generate product descriptions (short + long + bullet points) in our brand voice
- Do AI image creation/editing for product images (clean e-commerce style)
- Upload/organize assets in Google Drive (correct folders + naming)
- Update product listings in Shopify (titles, descriptions, images, tags/collections)

Customer support (when content/image tasks are quiet)
- Reply to email / live chat / DMs using saved templates
- Handle common issues: order tracking, sizing questions, exchanges/returns
- Escalate anything unusual to the owner (clear rules provided)
- Keep a simple log of customer issues + resolution

Training provided (important)

You do not need to be an AI expert. All training will be provided, including:
-Step-by-step SOPs
-Copy/paste prompt packs for names, descriptions, and images
-Brand voice guide + examples
-Quality checklist + folder/naming rules

Requirements
-Must-have
-Excellent written English
-Very strong attention to detail (formatting, consistency, file naming)
-Able to follow SOPs exactly and hit daily output targets
-Reliable internet + dependable full-time availability

Nice-to-have
-Shopify experience
-E-commerce customer support experience
-Any AI tool experience (not required)
