Role: TikTok Creator Scout & Outreach Specialist
Type: Contract Gig (One-month, potentially month-to-month)
Hours: 10 - 12 hours per month
Rate: $12 – $14 / hour (Depending on experience)

Role Overview:

Simplified Marketing is seeking a high-level TikTok Creator Scout for a specialized project. We are looking for a talent scout to identify, vet, and recruit elite TikTok Content Creators to produce native content for a premium, high-ticket health-tech product.

This is not a high-volume "spam" outreach position. Because our product is a significant investment and high ticket item, we need a strategist who can identify "Subject Matter Experts," specifically biohackers, wellness tech reviewers, and high-performance coaches, who have built deep trust and authority with their audiences.

Responsibilities:

– Strategic Scouting: Identify 5–10 "perfect fit" creators who align with premium health and wellness aesthetics.

– Rigorous Vetting: Ensuring creators have high "Save" rates, authentic engagement (no bot comments), and a demographic of 25+ years old with high intent.

– Lead Generation: Research and provide the direct contact information (Email/Manager) for every identified creator.

– Custom Pitch Architecture: For every creator, you will provide a personalized outreach script tailored to their specific voice, explaining exactly why they are the right fit for our high ticket health tech product.

– Pre-Vetting & Terms: Ensure the creator is open to our specific partnership model, including Spark Ad / Whitelisting rights, before passing the lead to our team.

– Performance Tracking: Maintain a centralized "Outreach Tracker" (Google Sheets/Excel). You will log every creator identified, their contact info, and the date we sent the pitch. You will be responsible for updating this sheet based on our feedback to show response rates and identify "Ready-to-Ship" candidates.

Requirements:

– Proven Track Record: You have previously sourced and signed creators for paid TikTok campaigns (ideally in wellness, tech, or high-ticket niches).

– High-Ticket Experience: You understand that selling a high ticket product requires a different type of creator than selling an impulse buy.

– Communication: You write outreach scripts that sound human, not automated.

How to Apply & Vetting Questions:

In order to be considered for this month-to-month role, please submit your resume/portfolio and answer the following questions:

1.) The Portfolio: List 3–5 creators you’ve recruited for paid TikTok partnerships. What niche were they in, and why were they chosen?

2.) High-Ticket Vetting: What are the top 3 "red flags" you look for that make a creator an automatic "No" for a premium health-tech brand?

3.) The Outreach Anatomy: Without sharing a specific script, what are the three key elements you always include in a "first touch" message to ensure a high-authority creator actually replies to you?

4.) Vetting for Intent: Followers are a vanity metric. What specific engagement data (Saves, Shares, Comment types) do you look at to prove a creator has a "buying" audience?

5.) The "Spark" Factor: Have you negotiated Spark Ad or Whitelisting rights before? If a creator is hesitant, how do you explain the benefit to them to get a "Yes"?

6.) Case Study: Tell us about a time you found a "hidden gem" creator (low follower count but high impact). What made you choose them and what were the results?

7.) Are you able to provide at least 10-12 hours per month dedicated to this?
