VIRTUAL ASSISTANT & CONTENT MANAGER (WEDDING / ROMANTIC EVENTS)

Hourly Rate: $4–5/hour
Hours: 25–30 hours per week
Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible, aligned with EU and US business hours
Interview: Video interview required

ABOUT THE ROLE

- We are looking for a Virtual Assistant & Content Manager to work directly with the founder and play an integral role in managing day-to-day operations across multiple wedding, proposal, and romantic event businesses.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and content creation and who genuinely loves romantic and wedding-related work ????

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

- Experience in the wedding industry, romantic events, photography or videography businesses, or tourism and travel-related businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Searching for vendors and partners.
- Contacting vendors via email.
- Organizing clients, vendors, workflows, updates, and invoices in a CRM.
- Replying to WhatsApp Desktop messages.
- Replying to emails.
- Replying to Instagram direct messages.
- Managing Instagram accounts including posting photos, reels, and stories.
- Following a pre-planned content strategy.
- Creating designs using Canva.
- Using ChatGPT for content creation and communication support.

ADVANTAGE (NICE TO HAVE)

- Knowledge of WordPress and Elementor or willingness to learn.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Ability to create beautiful Instagram reels.
- Understanding of targeted social media marketing.
- Experience with HubSpot, Trello, or other CRM tools.
- Experience using AI tools such as Synthx or MidJourney and other.

YOU MUST

- Like romantic and wedding events and feel genuine passion for this industry.
- Be comfortable working in an emotional, people-focused business.
- Have an iPhone (required).
- Have strong written English skills suitable for client communication.
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be flexible and available during EU and US business hours.
