Thumbnail Designer

I'm looking for a long-term thumbnail designer who can make thumbnails for the finance storytelling niche

I am looking for someone who:

1. Good thumbnail designer with experience

2. Reasonable turnaround time

3. Be creative

I will have to do a trial run first.

Please provide multiple examples of thumbnails you have created in your proposal. (Google Drive).

We want to upload 7 videos a week and pay $3.5 per thumbnail (and make 2-3 versions per thumbnail)
