About Us
At Hawflein Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering expert, client-centred immigration advice. As a growing practice regulated by the IAA, we handle a diverse caseload, including family visas, work permits, and nationality applications. We’re looking for a proactive Junior Immigration Caseworker to support our senior team and help ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Working 9 am to 5:30 pm UK Time.

Role Overview
As a Junior Immigration Caseworker, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of immigration cases under the supervision of senior advisors. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and third-party professionals, prepare high-quality application materials, and maintain accurate, compliant case records.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management:
o Take ownership of allocated cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are up to date.
o Record every client interaction and case action in our case-management system.

Client Liaison & Support:
o Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, booking consultations and providing phone/email support.
o Attend meetings alongside senior tea ---------- mbers to advise clients and gather evidence.

Document Preparation:
o Draft visa applications, legal representations, witness statements and client engagement contracts.
o Translate non-English documents accurately and verify translations against originals.
o Assemble and present application bundles to statutory bodies.

Professional Collaboration:
o Liaise with solicitors, expert witnesses and relevant third parties on behalf of clients.
o Keep up to date with changes in immigration law and IAA regulations, consulting legal software and research tools as needed.
Administrative Duties:
o Keep attendance notes
o Report case progress on CRM

Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
0 Experience in a law firm
o Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an asset.
o Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case-management systems.
Desirable:
o Previous experience or internship in an immigration law firm or legal department.
o Familiarity with UK Immigration Rules and relevant policy guidance.
o Basic translation skills for any non-English language.
