Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Type: Part-Time (20 hrs/week) with potential for Full-Time

About Us: Black Voyage is a fast-growing US e-commerce brand specializing in vacuum compression travel gear. In our first year, we achieved multi-million USD revenue across Amazon and Shopify. Our customers are frequent travelers who care deeply about design, efficiency, and smart packing.

Our team is small, fast-paced, and results-oriented. We are looking for a highly organized Operations Assistant to be the "backbone" of our data and administrative processes. We work with clear SOPs, checklists, and shared dashboards — you will never be guessing what to do.

Who You Are:
You LOVE spreadsheets. Messy data annoys you.
You are a "Process Person." You like using Notion to organize tasks.
You are tech-savvy. You can figure out new software quickly.
You are extremely detailed. You check your work twice before submitting. A single typo or mis-linked influencer profile can break our workflow — accuracy matters more than speed.

What You Will Do:
Data Management (Google Sheets): Maintain and update large databases of influencers and customers. You will need to cross-reference data, use formulas, and ensure 100?curacy.
CRM Support: Assist in organizing customer and influencer relationships (we will teach you the specific platform, but you must be good with data entry).

Influencer Research: specific instructions to find and list potential influencers (Lead Generation).
General Admin: Assist the manager with daily operational tasks and reporting.

Requirements:
1.Google Sheets Wizard: You must be comfortable with formulas (VLOOKUP, IF functions), filtering, and pivot tables.
Notion Proficient: You know how to use databases, tags, and views in Notion.
2. Attention to Detail: This is the most important skill. We need someone who spots errors that others miss.
3. Communication: Good written and spoken English is required. You are responsive and ask questions when you are unsure.
Bonus Skill (Nice to Have, Not Required): Ability to do very basic video tasks (trimming clips, adding captions in CapCut/Canva).
4. Technical Setup:
Fast and reliable internet connection.
A computer capable of handling Google Workspace and basic video editing tools smoothly.
