Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a product-minded Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend engineering. You’ll work closely with product and design to deliver high-quality user experiences, while contributing across the stack and integrating AI-powered features.

This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about UX, performance, and clean code, and who actively uses AI tools to ship faster and better.

What You’ll Do

Frontend & UX
- Build performant, responsive interfaces using Next.js and React
- Translate Figma designs into clean, accessible UI
- Optimize performance with React Server Components, Server Actions, and streaming
- Collaborate closely with designers and product stakeholders to refine user flows

Full Stack & Backend

- Develop APIs using Node.js, Express, and Next.js API routes
- Work with Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Drizzle ORM
- Contribute to system design and scalable architecture decisions
- Build AI features (Langchain etc.)

Quality & Ownership

Write clean, well-typed TypeScript (strict mode, no any)
Own features end-to-end from implementation to deployment
Review code and raise engineering standards

What We’re Looking For

3+ years experience with modern frontend or full stack development
Strong React / Next.js and TypeScript fundamentals
Experience with Tailwind and component libraries
Working knowledge of Node.js and PostgreSQL
Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
Strong communication and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

Startup, Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
Deep knowledge of React Server Components
Experience with Supabase, RAG, or AI-driven features
GCP experience
