Description:?Hello! I’m building out a robust online coaching and consulting business centered around leadership, generational strategy, and impactful courses. I’m looking for a honest and long-term virtual assistant who can wear a few hats:
1. Kajabi & Funnel Expert: You’ll be setting up and managing my Kajabi site, building funnels for webinars, courses, and lead magnets, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
2. Social Media & Marketing Growth Strategy (Required) I need someone with a deep understanding of marketing and social media strategy. You’ll help grow my presence on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn with authentic audiences. Understanding basic funnel logic (lead magnet ? nurture ? offer) Knowing what content performs on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube — or being willing to learn fastThis includes not just posting content, but also crafting a marketing strategy that resonates with my brand and drives engagement. 3. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Finally, I’d like you to teach me as we go. As you build out these systems, you’ll also walk me through how they work so I can understand and manage them if needed.
4. Portfolio & Experience: Please share examples of your past work, including any Kajabi sites or funnels you’ve built, social media growth you’ve managed, and any experience you have using AI tools or setting up systems like Notion. I’d love to see a portfolio or any references that highlight your experience.
6. Budget: I’m looking for a long-term partnership, ideally with someone who offers a reasonable weekly rate. We can discuss specifics, but I’m open to finding a fair arrangement that reflects the ongoing nature of the work.
