TikTok Account Controller (& Editor)

Overview
We are hiring a TikTok Account Controller to fully manage one TikTok affiliate account. This role is execution-focused and repetitive by design. If you are looking for creative freedom, flexible output, or irregular posting schedules, this role is not a fit.

* You will be responsible for editing short product clips and posting 30 videos per day, 7 days a week, to a single TikTok affiliate account.

- Responsibilities -

* Manage one TikTok affiliate account end-to-end

* Edit raw product clips into 10–15 second TikTok videos

* Add simple on-screen text (hooks, pricing, short callouts)

* Upload and publish 30 videos daily, including Saturdays and Sundays

* Correctly tag affiliate products and links

* Follow posting guidelines and internal SOPs exactly

* Monitor basic performance metrics and report issues when needed

- Requirements -

* Prior experience posting or managing TikTok accounts (affiliate or organic)

* Comfortable with high-volume daily posting (this is non-negotiable)

* Able to work weekends consistently

* Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

* Reliable internet and consistent availability

* TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing experience

* Understanding of hooks, retention, and short-form content performance

- Compensation -

* Fixed monthly pay ($200 to start)

* Long-term role for the right person

* Performance incentives available after consistency is proven (Strong bonus structure)
