We’re scaling fast — with major growth plans for 2026 — and we’re building a small, world-class team to help us get there.

THE ROLE

Here's the unique opportunity: You'll start by building AI systems and workflows for our marketing team, but this is a pathway to becoming an AI-powered media buyer.

Think about it: Traditional media buyers spend 80% of their time on manual tasks — pulling reports, analyzing data, writing ad copy, adjusting budgets. AI can do most of that.
The future belongs to media buyers who know how to use AI as a superpower — and that's what you'll become.

Your Journey:

* Weeks 1-3: Build AI workflows and automation for our marketing operations, learn how campaigns work from the inside
* Weeks 4-8: Start managing small campaigns using AI-powered workflows, apply your automation skills to real media buying
* Weeks 8-12: Own full campaigns as an "AI-first media buyer" — someone who moves 10x faster than traditional buyers

You'll learn media buying with AI as your unfair advantage from day one.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Phase 1: AI Operations Foundation (Weeks 1-3)

* Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to automate reporting, data analysis, and performance summaries
* Build AI-powered workflows for repetitive tasks (ad copy generation, audience research, campaign analysis)
* Experiment with automation tools ( ---------- , Zapier, n8n) to connect our marketing systems
* Help the media buying team by using AI to analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations
* Create AI-powered dashboards that auto-generate insights from campaign data
* Document your workflows so the whole team can benefit

Phase 2: AI-Powered Media Buying Apprenticeship (Weeks 3-6)

* Learn campaign setup — the AI way: Use AI to build account structures, generate ad copy, research audiences
* Start managing small test campaigns: Apply your AI workflows to real budget decisions Automate the boring stuff: Use AI to handle data pulls, performance monitoring, and routine optimizations
* Focus on strategy: Because AI handles the manual work, you'll spend more time on high-level decisions
* Get hands-on with platforms: Learn Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, tracking systems (but use AI to move faster)

Phase 3: AI-First Media Buyer (Weeks 6-12)

* Own full campaign lifecycles — but with AI doing 80% of the manual work
* Use AI to generate and test 50 ad variations in the time it takes others to create 5
* Build AI-powered "campaign doctors" that auto-diagnose performance issues
* Scale campaigns faster because you're not bottlenecked by manual tasks
* Become the most efficient media buyer on the team — because you have AI leverage
* Train others on your AI-powered workflows

REQUIREMENTS

* Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc
* Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables are a plus but not required).
* Basic understanding of digital advertising (even if just from using Facebook/Instagram).
* Genuine interest in learning media buying and performance marketing.
* Willingness to learn technical tools: Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, tracking systems
* English Fluency: Excellent written and spoken English for internal meetings and ad copy testing.
* Analytical Mindset: You must be comfortable with complex data interpretation and presenting findings to the team.

Nice to have:
* Any prior experience with paid ads (even personal projects or small freelance work)
* Basic Google Sheets/Excel skills (especially if you use AI to automate spreadsheet work)
* Experience in marketing, eCommerce, or analytics roles
