We’re looking for a Creative Strategist Virtual Assistant to join our Dream Team! If you love turning ideas into structured, clear, and creative briefs — and enjoy working with a dynamic, organized, and fun creative team — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Review current briefs and turn them into clear, actionable creative briefs for designers, editors, and copywriters
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan content ideas, marketing angles, and campaign direction
- Ensure all outputs align with the client’s brand goals and creative tone
- Keep tasks organized and updated in Airtable
- Provide light copywriting support (social captions, ad lines, or creative concepts)
- Review creative outputs for alignment and quality
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or content coordination
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing deliverables
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and creative workflows
- Familiarity with tools like Slack and Airtable (or quick to learn)
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment
Bonus Skills
- Agency background or experience working with multiple brands
- Experience preparing creative briefs or campaign ideas
- Basic copywriting, scripting, or concept development
