ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior executive support role for someone who has previously worked as a Chief of Staff or in a true executive-level assistant capacity.
You are not supporting tasks — you are supporting decision-making, execution, and leadership flow.
This role requires someone who has already operated at a high level: managing priorities for an executive, running follow-through across teams, anticipating issues, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
If your background is primarily admin, scheduling, or task-based VA work, this role is not a fit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support & Execution
• Serve as a right hand to executive leadership
• Manage executive priorities, follow-ups, and action items
• Ensure decisions are translated into execution across teams
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and commitments made by leadership
• Prepare summaries, updates, and next-step briefs for the executive
Chief of Staff–Level Functions
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and follow-through
• Monitor execution across departments and flag risks early
• Run check-ins or follow-ups on behalf of the executive
• Ensure alignment between leadership direction and operational execution
• Anticipate issues before they reach the executive
Operations & Accountability Support
• Track key initiatives and ensure progress is consistent
• Follow up with managers or team leads to confirm execution
• Escalate issues with context, attempted resolution, and recommendations
• Maintain clarity on priorities when demands compete

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Previous experience as a Chief of Staff or senior Executive Assistant
• Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or senior executive
• Experience coordinating execution across multiple teams or departments
• Comfortable operating with authority, discretion, and minimal supervision
• Proven ability to manage urgency, ambiguity, and competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Salary-based position
