Role
The Sales Assistant provides vital support to ensure a smooth and effective sales process. This role helps maintain the accuracy of sales systems, prepares materials for prospect and client interactions, and assists in ensuring the sales team is set up for success.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized — someone who can handle day-to-day tasks while also contributing to long-term goals.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Process Management
Maintain and update the sales calendar accurately
Prepare onboarding and renewal materials for clients
Set up and organize new client folders and files
Conduct background research on leads and brief the sales team before meetings
Support scheduling of discovery calls and maintain consistent sales pipeline flow
Follow established sales processes and optimize them when possible
Communication & Coordination
Organize and manage sales-related
Ensure timely and professional communication with prospects and internal teams
Coordinate with sales leadership to ensure all follow-ups are completed
Reporting & Organization
Update lead trackers and key sales metrics daily
Contribute to weekly, 30-day, and 90-day sales targets
Maintain accuracy and efficiency across all sales systems and tools
Results
The sales team is consistently prepared for all prospect and client meetings

Daily lead tracking and KPI dashboards are updated without delay
Sales operations run smoothly using streamlined, efficient systems
Client onboarding and renewals are supported accurately and on time
Requirements
Proven ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and complete tasks reliably
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
CRM experience preferred (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking and proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Goal-oriented with the ability to manage both short- and long-term deliverables
