Ecommerce Inventory co-ordinator

Inventory Reconciliation VA (Amazon & Shopify)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Reconciliation VA to ensure our inventory records across Amazon and Shopify are accurate, reconciled, and audit-ready.

This role focuses on inventory data accuracy and reporting — not forecasting, purchasing, or logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the Master Inventory Ledger (monthly)

Reconcile:

Goods received vs supplier invoices

Amazon FBA inventory vs shipments & receipts

Shopify sales vs warehouse stock

Returns, disposals, and unsellable inventory

Match inventory movements to invoices (products, freight, 3PL)

Prepare clear monthly inventory summaries for Accounting

Flag discrepancies and missing data with supporting notes


Tools

Amazon Seller Central, Shopify reports, Google Sheets, Xero (view/upload), warehouse/3PL reports

Ideal Candidate

Experience with inventory reconciliation or inventory accounting

Strong spreadsheet skills

Extremely detail-oriented and methodical

Comfortable working with Amazon FBA reports (preferred)
