???? WE’RE HIRING: Senior Client Success Manager VA (Client-Facing)
???? Remote | ? Full-Time (US Eastern Hours) | ? Hiring Immediately

This is NOT an entry-level support role.

You must already have client success / account management experience in a marketing agency environment.

???? What You’ll Do
You will be the front-line relationship owner for our local business clients (roofers, plumbers, home services, professional services, etc.).

Your mission:
? Make clients feel heard, confident, and informed
? Translate SEO/Maps work into business results
? Guide clients through: Activation ? First Win ? Habit ? ROI Proof ? Ascension
? Run progress calls, Loom updates, and structured check-ins
? Coordinate with Ops & specialist pods to get results delivered

You’ll lead:
• 28-day progress calls
• Onboarding & activation
• Issue diagnosis & save calls
• Monthly report reviews
• Upsell/ascension preparation
• Testimonials & referrals after wins
You will never just “pass problems to Ops.”
You own the outcome.

???? Who This Role Is For
?? 1+ year as a Client Success Manager / Account Manager in a marketing agency
?? Experience managing multiple clients and reporting on performance
?? Confidence leading calls with US/Canadian business owners
?? Strong written and spoken English
?? High attention to detail
?? Process-driven mindset
?? Ownership mentality
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
• Local SEO / Google Business Profiles

• Home-service or local business niches

Within 90 days, you can clearly explain for every client:
• Their dream outcome
• Their current health (Red/Yellow/Green)
• Their exact 30-day improvement plan
And you run clean, confident, on-time progress calls backed by strong reports.
