Canva Story Designer VA (Restaurants & Local Businesses)

We’re looking for a Canva Story Designer VA to help create Instagram and Facebook Story content for restaurants and local businesses.

This role will start design-focused, with an emphasis on speed, consistency, and following brand direction. Over time, if it’s the right fit, the role may expand to include additional responsibilities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys visual content, food-related design, and working with clear guidelines.

Responsibilities (Initial Focus)
• Design Instagram & Facebook Stories using ----------
• Create Story content primarily for restaurants
• Work from a large photo/video library (food, drinks, ambiance)
• Rotate content thoughtfully (avoid repeating the same assets)
• Follow brand guidelines (colors, fonts, layout rules)
• Apply provided pricing and design elements consistently
• Deliver Story designs on agreed timelines

• For the right fit, this role may expand over time to include additional tasks such as scheduling or other content-related support, if mutually desired.

Requirements
• Strong Canva experience
• Experience designing content for restaurants or food businesses (big plus)
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Good visual judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to take feedback and apply it consistently

Hours & Pay
• $3–$4/hour
• 10–15 hours per week
• Long-term opportunity for the right person
