Customer Service Representative (Ecommerce)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of customer service experience and hands-on experience in the ecommerce industry.

Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or social media
-Resolve order, payment, shipping, and return issues
-Provide accurate product and order information
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
-Proven experience in ecommerce (online stores, marketplaces, or DTC brands)
-Strong written communication skills
-Detail-oriented and customer-focused
