Social Media Publishing + Visual Assets Virtual Assistant (10 hrs/week)

I’m a chef and content creator looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage posting, scheduling, and visual assets across my social media platforms.

This is an execution-focused role. I write all captions and copy. Your job is to make sure content is published correctly, on time, and looks clean and professional across every platform.

This is a long-term, part-time role with a hard cap of 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities
• Publish and schedule content across:
• Instagram (Reels, Feed, Stories)
• TikTok
• YouTube (Shorts + long-form)
• Substack
• Create thumbnails and cover images for:
• YouTube videos
• Instagram Reel covers
• Substack posts
• Ensure correct formatting, links, tags, thumbnails, and cover images
• Maintain a simple posting log (what went live and when)
• Flag missing assets or issues before deadlines

What You Will NOT Do
• Write captions or long-form copy
• Create overall content strategy
• Perform deep analytics or reporting
• Pitch content ideas (this is not a strategy role)

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong Canva skills
• Experience creating YouTube thumbnails
• Familiar with posting on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Substack
• Understands mobile-first design (clean visuals, readable text)
• Extremely detail-oriented and reliable
