This role exists because we need someone who can own automation decisions, not wait to be told what buttons to press.

How We Work
Slack is our primary communication tool.
All project updates, troubleshooting, and collaboration happen in Slack.
You must be comfortable communicating clearly, proactively, and professionally inside Slack threads and channels.
If you prefer email, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger as your main workflow, this role will not be a fit.
Who This Role Is For
This role is for a technical decision-maker and system thinker.
You will:
Investigate problems independently.
Recommend solutions, not just ask for instructions.
Build, troubleshoot, and improve automations end-to-end.
Document systems so they can be scaled and supported.

Core Platforms You Will Own
You will be responsible for how data moves between:

Zapier
n8n
Go High Level (GHL)
Duda
Urable (CRM / communication platform)

You do not need to be an expert in all tools on Day 1.

You must understand APIs, webhooks, and system logic.

Primary Responsibilities
Automation & API Ownership
Design, build, and maintain automations across Zapier and n8n.
Work directly with APIs, webhooks, triggers, and data mapping.

Diagnose and fix automation failures without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

D ---------- when to use Zapier vs n8n vs native integrations.

Systems Investigation & Problem Solving
Investigate integration limitations between platforms.

Identify failure points, data mismatches, and scalability issues.

Proactively suggest improvements to workflow design and reliability.
SOP Creation & Documentation

Create clear, structured SOPs for:
Automation workflows.

Troubleshooting and recovery procedures.
Internal handoffs between teams.
Document logic and intent, not just screenshots.

Team Collaboration (Slack-First)
Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly in Slack.

Ask smart questions when context is missing.

Support leadership, sales, and operations teams when automations affect real customers.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Strong experience with Zapier and/or n8n.
Hands-on experience working with APIs and webhooks.

Experience integrating CRMs (Go High Level is a strong plus).

Strong written English for Slack communication and SOP writing.
Comfortable making technical decisions independently.

Strongly Preferred
Experience with Go High Level pipelines and automations.

Experience integrating website platforms (Duda or similar).

Experience supporting agency or SaaS workflows.

Ability to explain technical systems to non-technical teammates in Slack.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Our automation ecosystem is stable and documented.
Broken workflows are fixed and monitored.
SOPs exist for all major integrations.
Slack communication is proactive, clear, and trusted.
Fewer manual fixes and fewer automation-related support issues.
Work Setup
Full-time, long-term role
Required overlap with U.S. working hours.
Daily communication inside Slack.
