About the Role

We’re looking for a high-level video editor to join our creative team.

This is not a beginner role.

You must have proven real-world editing experience, strong storytelling ability, and be confident working in DaVinci Resolve for professional-level edits.

If you rely on CapCut templates or social presets — this role is not for you.

Requirements (Must-Have)

Please only apply if you meet all of the below:

Proven years of video editing experience (portfolio required)

Advanced DaVinci Resolve knowledge

Strong understanding of colour grading (clean, cinematic, natural looks)

Ability to build story-driven sequences, not just clip stacking

Confident with speed ramping (used tastefully and professionally)

Ability to apply clean, modern captions (not CapCut-style subtitles)

Strong English comprehension and communication

Can follow creative direction but also think independently

You Must Be Able To:

Edit short-form and long-form content

Create strong pacing and flow

Understand emotional beats in video

Deliver polished, premium-level edits

Match brand tone and visual identity

Work efficiently without constant hand-holding
