eBay Online Store Manager (Graphic Design Required)

We are seeking a proactive and well?organized Online Store Manager to support and oversee our e?commerce operations across multiple platforms.

Role Overview
In this role, you will manage product listings, ensure smooth day?to?day store operations, assist with order coordination, and keep our online storefront visually appealing. A basic understanding of graphic design is important, as you will handle simple image edits, promotional visuals, and platform?specific adjustments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on various e?commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Shopee, and others)
Maintain accurate and up?to?date product listings
Edit product images and create basic promotional graphics when needed
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve store performance and visibility
Track inventory and assist with order processing
Prepare regular performance and sales reports


Requirements
Hands?on experience with e?commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopee, etc.
Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools)
Comfortable using Excel
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Dependable, organized, and consistent
