We are a growing HR Innovation and Digital Learning consultancy committed to building human-centered, innovative, and meaningful learning experiences for organizations. We work with companies across industries to design leadership programs, digital learning solutions, and people-development strategies.
As we expand, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant who can help streamline our day-to-day operations and support the team in ensuring smooth project delivery and excellent client experience.

As our Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in running the business smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Operations and Admin
Support daily business operations, scheduling, and internal coordination
Update and maintain project trackers, calendars, databases, and documentation
Prepare invoices, quotations, reports, and basic project documentation
Assist in managing contracts, vendor coordination, and compliance requirements
Handle procurement of materials, subscriptions, and training needs
Project Support
Coordinate with clients and partners on schedules, requirements, and deliverables
Help prepare project materials, decks, worksheets, and client communications
Organize logistics for workshops, trainings, or digital learning sessions
Ensure quality and consistency in documents sent to clients
Draft and prepare correspondence, summaries, and follow-ups
Assist in research, data gathering, and preparation of briefs
Marketing Support
Assist in preparing content drafts, scheduling posts, or managing assets
Help maintain brand folders and project templates

Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in operations, admin, coordination, or project support
Strong command of written and spoken English and Filipino
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Experience in Project Management Apps (Notion/ Click Up), Canva, or project management tools is a plus
Background in HR, training, education, or consulting is advantageous but not required
